第十一条 附则
1、本合同一式四份，甲、乙双方各执两份，自双方签字盖章之日起生效。合同履行期间，甲、乙任何一方不得随意变更和解除合同。
2、合同执行过程中甲、乙双方对具体制作报刊亭数量有变更的以书面文字通知为准，口头通知无效，报刊亭规格的变动以双方共同协商后，作出补充条款为准，补充条款与本合同具有同等效力。
